We offer 7-Days return/exchange period that started after date of delivery  you can notify us through our contact number/email us with your order number, our team will guide you how we will arrange for shipment back and verification against your order. We can address your concerns in below categories;

  • If you feel you are not comfortable with your prescription glasses (our team verify your prescription 3 times in 3 different steps before shipping, even than if you feel you are not comfortable and need to verify your prescription then you are more than well come).
  • ¬†Contact Lenses can be return and Exchange within 7 days of post shipment if their vials/blisters are in original sealed packing.
